Terms of Service

By accessing or using the myVault platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and myVault LLC ("myVault," "we," or "us"), an Arizona limited liability company providing cloud-based accounting, tax advisory, and fractional CFO services.

myVault LLC's primary services are integrated accounting, bookkeeping, proactive tax advisory, and fractional CFO services for healthcare professionals, freelancers, and growing businesses. These core professional services are governed by a separate engagement letter between you and myVault LLC.

As supplemental tools to support those primary services, the platform also offers financial calculator tools, onboarding workflows, document storage, report generation, and consultation scheduling. These supplemental tools and features are provided to streamline and enhance the delivery of the core services, but are not standalone services in and of themselves.

The supplemental tools include educational calculators and estimators that produce outputs for informational purposes only. These tools do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

All calculators, estimators, reports, and content provided through the Service are for educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, tax, investment, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on any output from the Service.

myVault LLC is an IRS-registered tax preparation and advisory firm; however, any specific advisory engagement is governed by a separate engagement letter and is not covered by these Terms alone.

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. myVault LLC is not liable for losses arising from compromised credentials you failed to secure.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all financial documents, income figures, and business information you submit through the Service. myVault LLC relies on the information you provide and is not responsible for errors in outputs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete inputs.

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload. By submitting them, you grant myVault LLC a limited license to process, analyze, and store them solely to provide the Service.

Certain services are provided for a fee as described on our Pricing page or in your engagement letter. Fees are billed according to the schedule specified in your service agreement.

Free calculators and educational tools are provided at no charge but may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

The Service, including its design, branding, calculators, methodology, reports, and content, is the intellectual property of myVault LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with the security or operation of the Service; (d) scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell any portion of the Service; or (e) submit false or misleading information.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. myVault LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, myVault LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless myVault LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive any termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last updated date at the bottom of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
